Account info (your email and login credentials; passwords stored hashed by our auth provider); business data you enter (menu items, recipes, costs, inventory, par levels, prep lists, drink specs, vendors); uploaded media (photos and videos); payment info when paid plans launch (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers); and basic technical/usage data needed to operate and secure the Service.
To provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, store and display your data, process payments (Stripe), respond to support, improve and secure the Service, and send service-related or early-access emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Data is hosted on Supabase (database and file storage) and served via Netlify. Processors: Supabase, Netlify, and Stripe, acting on our behalf under their own terms. Customer accounts are separated by access controls. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
If you sign up via our landing page or in-app, we collect your email to contact you about early access and the Service. You can unsubscribe anytime.
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your account and data.
You can access and edit your data in the app, request a copy, or request deletion by emailing us. Depending on your location you may have additional rights (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), which we will honor.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, reputable processors). No method is 100% secure. Keep your password confidential.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted or emailed.
